Hi, and thank you for the screenshot! Cauldron indicates that a connection issue while signing in. Please check that your game version and that your internet connection is stable. Testing with a wired connection is preferred. Log out and log back in if the issues persist. ^AG

This usually means the account you're signing in with doesn't contain a copy of Minecraft. Can you try signing in with any other Microsoft accounts that you may have used when creating/migrating your account? Let us know if you're still running into any issues! ^FF
