This issue is typically caused by your firewall not allowing Java to pass through. We recommend adding Java as an exception to your firewall or temporarily disabling it to test if that's the issue. ^LK

Gotcha. In that case, we recommend reinstalling the game as there may have been a corrupt file during the installation. Before you delete the App make sure you back up any Worlds you want to keep. You can check out those steps here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^LK

Your Minecraft worlds are stored locally and are not attached to your account. Mojang does not store this information, meaning the data only exists locally on your device. This means we are unable to recover that data if it has been lost. ^LK
