This usually happens when you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license. Double-check your credentials to make sure you're using the right Microsoft account and that you're using the Microsoft log in. This FAQ will also help: bit.ly/3cluzz3 ^BT

Gotcha, if you use a Microsoft account to log in you would need to recover the Microsoft account to access your Minecraft profile again. You can contact Microsoft support for help with a recovery at nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^LK
