If you're on an Xbox console and sign in with an Xbox Live account, your worlds will also be backed up to Xbox cloud game saves. You can check there for backups of your worlds. More info about Xbox cloud saves can be found here: bit.ly/3QUYLkL ^LK

Unfortunately, we aren't able to fix corrupt worlds. If you don't have any other backups of this world, there are methods available from various online resources to help with fixing corrupt worlds. Use those guides at your own risk, ensuring that you make backups first. ^LK

Sounds like it could be connection issues. What device(s) are you both playing on, and can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far (if any)? Switching to a hardwire connection, if possible, and a router reboot is a good place to start! ^FF

That certainly doesn't look right! Are you using any Marketplace packs at all or no? Does this only happen when trying to collect potatoes or are you seeing any other weirdness causing game crashes? Let us know if you've tried any troubleshooting steps as well! ^FF
