In our article here help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…, it states that you must have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription. Game Pass Ultimate comes with Xbox Live Gold, but the basic Game Pass doesn't. Do you have Game Pass Ultimate or just Xbox Game Pass for Consoles? ^LK
Is this only happening with certain skin packs, or are all of them not loading properly? Can you let us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far to address this issue, if any? ^LK

My first guess would be to double check that the biome you walked in was specifically a "deep" ocean, since that's a specific biome. Just going off the coast wouldn't necessarily count. ^LK
It might be stored in another location, but if it was deleted or corrupted there is no way for us to recover it since worlds are only stored locally. In the future, we recommend making backups of your worlds regularly: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^LK

Hmm, it looks like you may need to sign out and sign back in to your Microsoft account to refresh your authentication. You should be able to sign out by going to Settings > Profile > Sign out of your Microsoft Account. ^LK
Hard to say, we don't see a lot of questions for the Legacy Console editions. Do you have a screenshot of the dots in question? It could help us track that down for you. ^LK

You can still install the game, you will just only be able to play the demo. If you do not own a PC copy, you will still need to purchase a Minecraft for Windows license. ^AM
