Interesting! Typically, you'd get an automated bot response email with a ticket # and confirmation. If you didn't get one though, something may have gone awry; it happens on rare occasion. I suggest submitting a ticket again just in case! Thanks for being patient. :) ^AM

That means that the correct Microsoft account is under a different email address. Please try any emails you may have used and for further support with locating a Microsoft account/credentials, be sure to reach out to nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^AM
