Hmm, it could be a resource pack or it could be corrupt files in your installation. Do these weird textures show up in every world you play in? Additionally, which platform are you playing on? ^LK

It might be that you've chosen the wrong Game Title, since that changes what platforms are available. Minecraft on PlayStation would just be "Minecraft". If you're still having trouble, feel free to describe the issue in more detail in the ticket body and submit it anyways. ^LK
