Can you give me a bit more information on the issue your'e running into? Screenshots, as long as they don't provide personal information, can be very helpful. ^TK
What platform are you playing on, what troubleshooting steps have you already tried, are you playing on WiFi or a Hardwire connection?

I'm sorry to hear that you lost your world. If you're playing on a WiFi connection I would suggest switching over to a hardwire to see if that assists with freezing and connection issues. ^TK

I don't have a solution for this off the top of my head! Checking community boards might be a great start. The only troubleshooting I can think of would be running a repair, especially if the names won't go away. ^TK
