Hmm, do you have any controllers plugged into your PC that could be taking priority? Does using your keyboard (like the arrow keys, enter key, spacebar) allow you to navigate the Control Customization menu? ^LK

That's strange, what happens when you try and play? Does the game just not load, or do you get some sort of error? ^LK

What troubleshooting steps have you tried so far and are you playing on WiFi or Hardwire connection? ^TK

If it's a single player world and not a Realm your'e not going to see it as it is stored locally. You could upload the World to the Realm, login to the MIcrosoft Account in which you purchased the Realm on. ^TK
