Is this only happening with servers, or is this also happening with Realms and normal single-player worlds? Also, can you let us know what platform you're playing Minecraft on (Xbox, PC, PlayStation, etc.)? ^FF
Looks like connection issues. Which platform are you playing Minecraft on, and what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far (if any)? If you're using WiFi, try switching to a hardline connection if possible. Let us know what else you've tried and we'll be happy to help! ^FF
You'll need to ensure your Microsoft accounts settings are enabled to allow Realms and multiplayer access, and Nintendo users will also need to have an active Nintendo Switch Online subscription. You can view your Microsoft account settings at bit.ly/3RkxUx9. ^FF

Are you playing on WiFi or a Hardwire connection? If it's WiFi and there are a lot of people using it at the same time or downloading something it could slow the game down. ^TK
