Not currently seeing any outages from here, but can you tell us which device and Edition you're having this issue with, as well as a bit more detail of your issue? (Is the game not loading at all, do you see any error messages, is it stuck on a specific screen, etc?) ^AM

These errors typically indicate there is an issue with the Launcher. Please make sure you are signed into the Minecraft Launcher, Microsoft Store, and Xbox Companion app with the same Microsoft account. If the problem persists, let us know! ^AM

Let's make sure you have permissions enabled to allow online access (steps here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W) but this could also indicate a connection problem. Try power cycling your device AND router and make sure the PSN account is in fact connected to the Sony network. ^AM

In that case, you'll need to contact Microsoft Support. They can be reached at nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com. Make sure to ask for assistance with your Microsoft account and not a Minecraft account, as that can cause confusion and redirect you back to us. ^AM
Welp, if you're logging in with an account and it doesn't have a game, that means the game is on another account. Unfortunately, Mojang support can't assist with Microsoft accounts. You'll need to reach out to Microsoft support for assistance with locating the credentials. ^AM

Ruh roh, this is common but probably means you have multiple Microsoft accounts and the one you're logging into doesn't have Minecraft. Try any other emails you may have w/ a Microsoft account and be sure to reach out to nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com! ^AM

Is it a Microsoft account or a Mojang account? Depending on which, the Account support team we direct you to may be different! ^AM
