This usually means you're logging in with the incorrect account or the wrong login option. Check out our FAQ for more possibilities: bit.ly/3cluzz3 Are you using a Mojang account or a Microsoft account? ^IV

We don't have specific instructions for changing your NAT Type on PlayStation, but we recommend checking out our article on multiplayer here for more info: bit.ly/3xZZlVU. For assistance with your PlayStation console, you can also contact bit.ly/2Q6hKsK ^IV

Sounds frustrating! Unfortunately, NAT Type 2 connections can still sometimes encounter issues connecting to other Type 2 devices. We recommend both of you try reducing your NAT Type to 1. For more information, see our article here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^IV

Gotcha. Unfortunately, there is no way to recover a single-player world after it has been deleted. In the future, we recommend saving backups of your worlds just in case. You can find the steps to backup worlds here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^IV

You may need to reach out to Microsoft Support and have them recover that account for you. nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^BT

It's possible that the original world was created before a major update. Seeds change overtime, so you might not always get the same world using the same seed in different update versions. ^BT

Minecraft should update automatically, but if you want to check if there's an update available, you can check the game's page in whichever store app you purchased it from. I'd also suggest giving this FAQ a check to see if it helps: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^BT
