Since Minecoins and Marketplace content (i.e. maps) are specific to Bedrock, they wouldn't be included in Minecraft: Java Edition but I can see how that's confusing for new players or parents! We encourage you to submit your feedback bit.ly/3uQyA4R ! ^AM
