Mojang does not store any information regarding individual worlds or skins, meaning that those files only exist locally on your computer or device. Unfortunately, this means we are unable to recover lost Minecraft skins. Is there any error message that you see? ^AM

Please try fully logging out and back in, but avoid reinstalling so you don't lose any of that data! If this is a Realm, you may try restoring a previous backup of the Realm. ^AM

Authentication server errors may be caused by incompatible third-party software. Make sure to run antivirus/malware scan. If you have downloaded MCLeaks, make sure to uninstall it. If this continues after that though, let us know! ^AM

Experimental features are meant to just be that, experimental, and may not work in future updates as they may still be under development or were not released with the following update. Worlds that use experimental features cannot be restored into a non-experimental state. ^AM
