Realms will sometimes take a bit of time to update after a new version has been released. If your Realm hasn't updated yet, please be patient as we roll out the update to all Realms! ^AM

Are your multiplayer settings enabled? Check that first (steps here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/…) and make sure LAN is enabled in the world settings. If still having trouble though, let us know so we can look into it! ^AM

Support should be able to verify you using alternative means if you don't have your Transaction ID. Keep working with them in your ticket though, we at Social Support don't have the ability to alter the outcome of your ticket and your agent will have the final say. ^AM

As of right now players are reporting that logout/login or restarting is the best way to resolve this issue. Frustrating indeed, but for right now that's the best workaround until this issue can be resolved. ^AM

Have you tried logging all the way out and back in, as well as restarting your device? Some users have reported that helps. Avoid uninstalling if you can help it so you don't lose data (and always keep backups!) but let us know if this continues to be an issue. ^AM
Try restarting, but if that doesn't help, uninstalling/reinstalling is a great step to rule out corrupted files. Make sure you back up your data first! You may also want to try opening a new world to see if it still crashes to determine whether it's the world save or not. ^AM

Some players are reporting that logging out fully and back in has resolved this issue for them, but if this is a Realm, you can also try loading a backup to see if those items reappear! ^AM

You may want to try fully logging out and back in to see if that restores your player data. If you are on a Realm, try also restoring a backup of the realm and they may reappear! ^AM
