Hmmm, when exiting, make sure the chest icon (that indicates the game is saving) is not still hanging around. Also make sure your PlayStation account is connected to the internet. If this issue persists, let us know though so we can get you to the Tech team for a deeper dive. ^AM

We may be experiencing longer than usual wait times, but if you've not heard back from us and it's been more than, say, 24 hours, you should have received an automated email with a ticket #. If you provide us with that #, we can look into it and make sure it was received! ^AM

Make sure your friend has their game updated to the latest version. If this is only happening to you (and no one else in the Realm) you may also want to increase your render distance! ^AM

Make sure you have permissions enabled to play multiplayer (more info on that here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W) but to rule out connection issues, we recommend switching to a hardwire connection if you are on wifi. Can you let us know what troubleshooting you've already tried? ^AM
Make sure you have lots of save space available by deleting any unused packs or save data. Freezing on Switch may also be resolved by pressing home (don't close the game!), press power to go into sleep mode, wait 3-5 seconds, and re-open. This usually helps! ^AM

Did you back up your data before uninstalling? We have an article here to assist with finding file locations: bit.ly/3c9PK76 but unfortunately if your save data was deleted, we do not have a way to restore it. ^AM

Crashing may indicate a file is corrupted but could be other reasons. Make sure to back up your data and reinstall to ensure files are in ship shape. Updating drivers can help too. Let us know what, if any, troubleshooting you may have already tried ^AM

Make sure all devices are updated to the latest version and the kiddos have permissions enabled for multiplayer (more info on that here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W). Is there a specific error message you see or a specific screen you get stuck on? ^AM
