Something that can help here is deleting content: Worlds/Maps/Marketplace content you're not using! If anything, reset your router to see if that helps a bit. ^TK
Are you getting any errors when trying to connectand what troubleshooting steps have you tried so far? ^TK

You did say your Xbox as well so we were ruling out issues being related to your router! The only troubleshooting we can suggest for your phone are restarting it and try connecting to a different wifi. ^TK

When did you notice this started and did you build anything new recently that could have caused corruption? Are you the owner of the Realm? ^TK

No worries, I get frustrated at my accounts all the time! If you're not able to reach back out or you can skip me and go straight to Xbox/Microsoft Support: nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^TK

Unfortunately, there is nothing we're able to do from our end due to the fact it is a Microsoft Account. We do not have access to their tools or account information so you will have to continue working with them. ^TK

Could be that someone logged into your MIcrosoft Account with their email and that's why your'e seeing this error. Unfortunately, a link is permanent though. ^TK

Are you getting any errors when trying to join your friends? Have you been on this world before that you're trying to join and are they on the same version as you? ^TK

You're not being rude at all! When you migrate you may have changed your sign in information for the Microsoft Launcher, not your Mojang launcher. If you're not able to find it I can get you over to the Microsoft team to recover your account. ^TK

Thanks for that screenshot! This error tends to happen when your Microsoft account is already linked to another PlayStation Network account. Make sure you're logged into the account you had linked and you should be good to go. ^BT

If you need help with figuring out the Microsoft account that's linked, that'd be handled by Microsoft Support as we don't have access to their account management system. You can contact them by following these links: nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^BT
