If you're stuck on building terrain this usually indicates you have a poor connection. Try connecting your PS4 to a hardwire connection if possible; and restarting your router and device should refresh the connection. If this issue persists after that let us know! ^AM

Lag on Switch can be caused by a poor connection or low storage. To ensure a stable connection, try troubleshooting Wifi by restarting your router and device. But also make sure you have lots of storage space available by removing any old/unused saves or marketplace content! ^AM

This is caused by a poor connection. To make sure you have a stable connection, we recommend using a hardwire connection with the Dock if you are able, but if that's not an option, try refreshing your Wi-Fi by restarting your router to see if that helps! ^AM

Lag is typically caused by an unstable connection; we recommend using Wi-Fi over mobile data. If you continually have lag when using Wi-Fi, be sure to restart your router and your mobile device to see if that helps refresh the connection! ^AM
