Even if on LAN you will need to make sure online multiplayer settings are enabled. Check those out here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W but you may need to make sure network profiles are configured correctly as well. We have a guide on that here: bit.ly/40ZgRGX. ^AM

Unfortunately, we don't have a way to restore corrupted worlds. :( We do have a FAQ that touches on save data and fixing corrupted world saves but use at your own risk, as it is not guaranteed to work: bit.ly/3HvWt7x ^AM

Hmm, under "my account" dropdown is there an option for "My Games"? There should be a heading titled "Cobalt on Steam" on the My Games page where you can just grab that code. Let us know if it's not there though, I'm thinking we may need to get you escalated to email support. ^AM

That sounds very frustrating! This may not be Minecraft, but more a system issue. Check your USB drivers aren't set to power save mode and up to date. Does reinstalling Minecraft fix the issue? (Back up data first!) Try those but let us know if this issue persists. ^AM

Ope, that's unfortunate! You may just need a different portal or get yourself a fire resistance potion or some fire protection enchantments, friend! If you find load times are super slow, though, may need to get a stable connection by switching to hardwire if you're on wifi. ^AM
