It's okay, we have other ways we can try to verify you even if you don't have your Transaction ID. Just be sure to provide as much info as you have and your agent will assist to the best of their ability! ^AM
You'll want to make sure that you are logged into the correct Microsoft account in the Microsoft Store App itself so it can communicate with the launcher which games you own. If that doesn't help, let us know so we can get you up to higher support! ^AM
