They should be able to help you, but it's important that they're able to verify ownership of your account first. Make sure you try to get everything you can and give it to the Agent so they can help you. ^BT
You son should be able to play as a Guest! Press Playstation button on second controller > New User > Play as a Guest > Do Not Sign in.
Please note though that the guest account is temporary and any data will be lost, so make sure to save items in chest before logging out! ^BT
