This is the main method we recommend for backing up worlds, Realms do offer free 30 day trials. Alternatively, if you're tech savvy you can try backing up the files directly. Our FAQ help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… has information on where your Minecraft worlds are stored. ^IV
