Sometimes you'll be able to connect to online servers but not other people directly if you have NAT Type: Moderate. It can usually be changed to Open with some troubleshooting. Have you tried any of the steps from our article on connection issues yet? help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^IV

Hmm, we see a couple of reports from that time, but it seems to be back up and running now. Can you try logging in again and see if you can get in now? ^IV

Gotcha, thanks for grabbing that screenshot! This error can also pop up if you don't have an active Xbox Live Gold subscription, which is required to play online (same as a Nintendo Switch Online subscription). Can you double check that you have Xbox Live Gold? ^IV

There's no fault, this is working as intended. Achievements in Minecraft do not grant Minecoins, as they can only be purchased from the in-game store for real currency. For more information, please see our article on Minecoins here: help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^IV
