If you put the Worlds on a Realm you'll be able to access it from any platform as long as you're logged into the same Microsoft Account. ^TK

Realm owners moderate their own community and can set their own rules as long as they comply with our Terms and Conditions and EULA. If you encounter unfavorable behavior while playing online and would like to voice a complaint, you can reach out to the owner of that Realm. ^TK

If you're still having the issue I would switch over to a hardwire connection if you're not, reset your router, and uninstall/reinstall while checking your firewall/antivirus. ^TK
