It looks like that's normal, actually. You can't put ladders on the backs of stair blocks. You can try with cobblestone stairs, stone stairs, wooden stairs, and they all won't work. ^IV

If you bought it directly from minecraft.net, then the game should already be added to your account. You can download the Minecraft Launcher from minecraft.net/download and log in using the same Microsoft account you bought the game on, and it should let you play! ^IV
Hmm, it could be due to stuff like your antivirus/firewall slowing your connection down. Can you try disabling it / allowing Minecraft through to test if that improves your latency? ^IV
Is this just the Minecraft Marketplace you're having trouble with? Can I ask what platform you're playing on, and what sort of things are screwing up? ^IV

It looks like there was an issue with the latest update not installing properly, blocking the Marketplace from being accessed. Reinstalling should fix it, but be sure to back up your worlds before you do! bit.ly/3ITFRH3 ^IV

I'm always down for more customizable options in games (though sometimes I end up breaking stuff). Feel free to submit that to our suggestion/feedback site at feedback.minecraft.net/hc/en… so that the devs can take a look! ^IV
Unfortunately, we cannot unlink game purchases from Microsoft accounts. If your copy of Minecraft is on a Microsoft account that you can no longer access, we will not be able to assist in transferring the game to a different account. ^IV
If you can't enter your world and you can't download a copy, the files may be corrupt. Currently, fixing corrupt save data is not a service we are able to offer. We recommend keeping regular backups of your worlds. Steps to backup can be found here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^IV
Yep, should be able to remove it no problem! The installer only installs the Minecraft Launcher, and you can install any version of the game that you own through the Launcher directly. ^IV
