If you are using the older Windows 7/8 Launcher, you'll need to download the new Windows Launcher to access Java and Minecraft for Windows from the same launcher. You can find more info on that here: bit.ly/403INsP ^AM

Super unlucky. Were you able to get a new spawn? You can always start a new world or set a new one by typing /setworldspawn [x] [y] [x] with the specified coordinates of your choice in a more preferable biome. If this is something you'd like assistance with let us know! ^AM

If that username is unfamiliar to you, it may have been set up automatically when you created the account for the first time. You'll need to contact Microsoft Support for assistance with locating AnatineLocket29 at nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^AM
Are you unable to download? If you purchased, try going to minecraft.net/en-us/download to download the launcher, but if you are unable to install or download, let us know so we can troubleshoot! ^AM

This can be caused by a number of reasons, not necessarily a bug, so we'll need to narrow it down. Are you all playing on Xbox? Is everyone using the default graphics settings? Let us know what troubleshooting you've tried already so we can rule some things out! ^AM

Nothing about the game or files should have changed. Only the login method. Can you tell us a bit more about what's missing? Is it the worlds/save data, character progress, or something else? Are you able to see your in-game username in the launcher? ^AM

You may need to repair the launcher. If you right-click the launcher, select more -> "app settings" -> reset and repair this may refresh the download and push it along. Be sure to check this article bit.ly/3HcEiDr too but let us know if you're still having trouble! ^AM

Try resetting the Windows Store, you can do so by pressing Windows Key + R, typing "WSReset" and hitting enter. After restarting, the download should finish. If it doesn't be sure to check this FAQ bit.ly/3HcEiDr but do let us know if you still can't download! ^AM
