Is this with all maps or just some of them? Make sure your Minecraft account is attached to a Microsoft account, and make sure Minecraft is running the latest version on all your devices. Let us know what else you've tried, and which map(s) you're seeing issues with. ^FF

The Creeper error code means that a network issue has prevented your sign-in. Make sure that your connection is stable and check that it is configured properly. If you haven't already done so, a router reboot may also help. Let us know if you're still seeing this error! ^FF

If possible, you can try uploading your world from a prior backup. Unfortunately, Mojang doesn't store any info on individual worlds as these are tied locally to your device. You can also upload the world to a Realm to store it online. More info here: bit.ly/3c9PK76. ^FF

You can try downloading and launching the game directly from the Microsoft Store. Is this the new Launcher for Windows or are you using the older Unified Launcher/Win 7/8 Launcher? Once we have that info we can continue looking into this! ^AM
