Each platform operates independently selling its licensed version under its rules and regulations. They do not coordinate sales and distribution with other platforms, so if you wish to play on a different platform you will have to purchase a new license. ^BT

It looks like you are trying to link a Microsoft account that has already been used to link to another PSN. If you have multiple PSN accounts, please make sure that you are using the correct Microsoft account login information for each specific PSN account.​ ^BT
