It looks like the book has the enchantment Respiration I on it, that isn't a compatible enchantment with a diamond sword. It only works on helmets, like how Feather Fall books can only be used on boots. ^IV

A ticket number is sent to your email when you complete the form. It would use the email that you entered on the request form. If you don't have access to that email or can't find the ticket number, feel free to create a new ticket. ^IV

If you go into your Settings, then go to the Storage tab, you'll be able to manage your local storage to try and clear up some extra space. You don't have to delete worlds, you can also clear your Marketplace cache, Resource Packs, and other cached data. ^IV

It looks like your PlayStation Network account has already been linked to another Microsoft account. The link between the accounts is permanent, so you'll need to try logging in with any other Microsoft accounts you may have used. ^IV
