If you're having any trouble accessing the full game after migrating your account, remember to use the Microsoft login option with the account that you migrated with, and make sure to remove your old Mojang account from the launcher. See our FAQ: bit.ly/3AUxIQO. ^FF

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^FF

Make sure that Minecraft is up-to-date on your console, and try using a hardwire connection if you're using WiFi. If you're still unable to sign in, make sure to contact support.xbox.com/en-US/ as they can assist you further with your Microsoft account. ^FF

You should have received an email from Mojang confirming the purchase with a transaction ID. Be sure to check your spam/junk folder. If you don't have that, we may still be able to assist. Just be sure to let the agent know and ensure they're checking the correct account! ^AM

Unfortunately, we're unable to transfer games between accounts. If you purchased on the incorrect account, you'll need to purchase again on the correct account. To inquire about a refund, you'll need to check with the retailer who you purchased the prepaid card from. ^AM

Make sure to check 1) the Mac OS native firewall allows perms for Minecraft or is disabled and 2) your account privacy settings allow access to multiplayer. You can check steps on that here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W but do let us know if this continues to be an issue! ^AM

If you have a Microsoft account, make sure to use the Microsoft log-in option and password reset within that window and you're not using the Mojang password reset option. OR, is this by any chance an un-migrated Mojang account? ^AM
