The Demo issue typically happens when you're logged into an account that doesn't have a game license. Please make sure to double-check your credentials and that you're using the Microsoft log-in. Also, check this FAQ to see if it helps: bit.ly/3cluzz3 ^BT

Thanks for getting that screenshot! The Crossbow error code indicates that a client error has occurred during sign-in. Please try restarting the game and/or letting it idle for a few minutes before trying again. If you still run into issues, let us know. ^BT
