Are you making sure that you're logged into the correct account with the account in which you purchased it on? If so, I would suggest reaching out to the support team of the phone you own. ^TK
This is likely corruption! Can be due to over heating, bad connection, and many other reasons. You playing on hardwire by any chance? ^TK
Okay, so this sounds like it's likely corruption of the world itself which is unfortunate. This can happen for many reasons, so it's always a good idea to upload a World to Realms so you can create backups. ^TK

If your privacy settings are properly enabled, we recommend double checking your Xbox Live Gold subscription. If it expired, it can sometimes show this error instead. ^IV

Education Edition is for school use. If you want to personally play Education Edition in Minecraft, you can enable Education features in Bedrock edition when you create a world.
