Are you unable to hear music at all? Since they are local files that come with the game, you may need to uninstall/reinstall to make sure you have all the correct files. Make sure to back up your data first! Let us know if it continues and what device you're playing on! ^AM
Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM

Are Ps 2-4 logged in as "Guest", or do they have their own Microsoft account linked? In order to access cloud uploading, you need to be logged into the Microsoft account with which you'd like to upload your hero. More details can be found here: bit.ly/3Gop7bI ^AM
