This looks to be due to the trackpad settings in the Macbook itself. Try checking Mac settings by going into Accessibility > Pointer Control or search "inertia" and disable "use inertia when scrolling" under both mouse and trackpad. Let us know if that doesn't help though! ^AM

Outside of a bug, not sure what could cause that, as that's not expected behavior. If the bed is obstructed, it may have cleared the spawn point. Check that the the bed is accessible and if it becomes obstructed, to be sure to reset the bed spawn after clearing any obstacles! ^AM

Have you tried loading a backup of your world? Please check any backups/other worlds to make sure the correct world is loading. If this issue persists, let us know and what device and edition you are playing so we can assist further! ^AM
