Make sure that you rule out connection issues by restarting your device and router, switching to hardwire if using wifi. What device are you playing on and is it crossplay? ^AM

What device are you playing on? Does this only happen when cross-playing with users on a different platform? Also make sure to check that you have permissions enabled, those steps can be found here: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W ^AM

I'm not currently seeing any outages on our side of things, what problem specifically are you having with realms and what device are you playing on? ^AM
Make sure to check online/safety permissions and that you have Nintendo online, be sure to read this article for steps on enabling multiplayer permission: bit.ly/3zjgZ6W ^AM

Make sure that you copied over all world save data, including the subfolders. If you have an additional backup, we suggest checking it to see if the problem persists across all saves. ^AM

This issue means you're logging in with the incorrect account. Double check your credentials/any other emails and be sure to reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance with locating any accounts you may have: nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^AM

Make sure that they redeemed to the correct account, and you may need to fully log out and log back in to reflect the purchase. If you continue experiencing this, though, please let us know so that we can get you up to the Marketplace team for a further investigation. ^AM

This usually means you're logging into a Microsoft account that is different than the one used to migrate. Make sure to check all Microsoft accounts/emails and contact Microsoft Support for assistance with locating an account bit.ly/3PsyrMR or bit.ly/3ICFoJ7 ^AM
