I would suggest moving the single player world to a Realm to see if that solves the issue. Then you could create backups of the World as well as to not lose it or progress. ^TK
If you're seeing demo mode but bought the game this is usually a sign that you're signing in with the wrong account info. You can read more here. help.minecraft.net/hc/en-us/… ^TK

Unfortunately, there is nothing that we're able to do to fix corrupted worlds. If this is on a Realm, however, you can upload a backup to see if that assists. ^TK
Are you playing on WiFi or Hardwire? I would also suggest uninstalling/reinstalling but backing up your single-player worlds so you don't lose them.
