Gotcha, thank you for specifying! In that case, our next recommendation would be to temporarily disable your firewall and check to make sure your NAT type is Open (Type 1 on PlayStation) to see if that helps your friends join you. ^IV

Sometimes. For example, if the villager is scared of a zombie but doesn't have anywhere to run, it might spin around looking for somewhere to hide. If it's really weird you can visit our bug report site to see if it's has already been reported: bugs.mojang.com. ^IV

If you can't set the other control sticks as binds in the in-game settings, it looks like Nintendo will allow you to switch which control stick is which for Joy-Con controllers. They've got an article here on how to do that: bit.ly/3vOweDO ^IV

We cannot unlink game purchases from Microsoft accounts. If you have signed up using the wrong Microsoft account, we can't assist in transferring the game to a different account. You might be able to refund the card for a new copy, but it'd depend on the retailer. ^IV

If you're getting long load times after an update, it could be that there are some corrupt files from the installation. We'd recommend reinstalling the game to see if that helps. Make sure you back up any Worlds you want to keep! bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^IV

That's weird, it sounds like your server isn't recognizing you as the same player. Can I ask what platform you're playing on, and if you've linked a Microsoft account? ^IV

We don't see there having been a "Shaders" button in vanilla Minecraft: Java Edition. Certain Resource Packs can change your shaders, but as far as I can tell the only explicit "Shaders" option is added by mods like Optifine. ^IV
