I'm not sure if it's a PS4 or PS5 but but have you checked to see it's not over heating? Unfortunatley, very limited to troubleshooting Playstation and the only thing I can offer is uninstalling/reinstalling. ^TK

There could be many reasons that it could be crashing on you. Are you getting any errors when it crashes on you and do you have any mods that could be causing issues in the Realm? ^TK
The subscription may be broken. Are you getting any errors when you try to extend the Realm or have a receipt that it pushed through? (Don't screenshot it or provide it here please) ^TK

It should work in peaceful, and it is still possible to die in peaceful mode! Remember commands are case-sensitive, so if you haven't checked for a capital "I" make sure you use keepInventory true! ^AM
There are two possible scenarios, and I'm not sure which you're facing. Is it telling you the Microsoft account is already linked to a PSN, or the PSN is linked to a different MS account? Make sure to check this FAQ for possible solutions: bit.ly/3yIzgLG ^AM
