I've been there, it's super frustrating for your progress to get reset. Changing the world slot can help force the Realm to save properly. Before changing Realms slots, make sure to back up your world data. More information can be found in this guide: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^IV

Gotcha! Since it's affecting multiple different services and not just Minecraft Dungeons, we'd recommend reaching out to support.xbox.com. They can offer more general instructions to help all your Xbox services start working again. ^IV

Gotcha! In that case, it's probably best to submit a bug through the bug site, you're right. The bug site uses it's own account system separate from Mojang and Microsoft accounts. You should be able to create a new account with your email. ^IV

Hmm, that's strange. There may be a network issue preventing your local version of Dungeons from connecting. Have you tried any network troubleshooting so far, like disabling firewall and checking your NAT type? ^IV

If you are looking for the Editions button on a new copy of Minecraft for PS4, this is working as intended. The legacy console editions are not available for new players. If you have a disc for Minecraft: PS4 Edition, please submit a bug report here: bit.ly/3X5ZH7B ^IV

If it's a single-player world that isn't loading, we'd recommend backing it up and reinstalling Minecraft on your Switch. Deleting the app will delete all worlds unless they have been saved elsewhere. You can check out those steps here: bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^IV

Using the Editions Button on the Bedrock Edition is the intended way to access the legacy console edition. If your copy of Minecraft for PS4 is crashing, we'd recommend trying to reinstall it. Make sure you back up any Worlds you want to keep first! bit.ly/3jiNA8W ^IV
