The Demo issue typically happens when you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license. Please make sure you're using the Microsoft log-in and double-check your credentials. Also, check this FAQ to see if it helps: bit.ly/3cluzz3 ^BT

Not to worry, we have a way to fix this! The demo issue usually happens when you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license attached. Please make sure that you're logging into the right account, and you should be able to access your game! ^BT
