If your ticket closed while waiting for a response, you may need to submit a new one. You'll receive a ticket # in an automated email after you submit your ticket. It should be 7-digits and look like (#7123123). ^AM

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^AM

Unfortunately, the Legacy Editions of Minecraft are written in a codebase that is no longer supported and you will not be able to use Bedrock Edition features or cross-platform play. For more information on Editions currently available, check out bit.ly/3SaCTle ^AM

Looking at the Realm in your video, it looks like it's greyed out where it should have a green circle. It looks like the Realm may have been closed. You should be able to reopen it by going into the Manage Realm settings. ^IK

I've definitely fallen down ravines where I could've used keep inventory. The Keep Inventory game rule can be turned on in worlds with cheats enabled by using the command "/gamerule keepinventory true". ^IV

We did find another solution! If you go into your Settings, then go to the Storage tab, you'll be able to manage and delete your worlds. You can use multiselect to delete a bunch at once too. ^IK

If restarting your router and Xbox didn't help, it may be due to an issue with your network configuration. Can you try disabling your firewall to see if that fixes the issue? ^IK

Gotcha, thanks for the info! Subscriptions are managed by the digital store that they were purchased on, so for Xbox, you'd need to reach out to them for assistance cancelling or refunding charges. You can contact them by visiting support.xbox.com ^IV

You should actually be able to delete in the app from the Xbox and all your single player worlds will disappear. If they show up though let me know and I'll go hunt down an answer. ^TK
