We have other ways to verify a players account when they are doing an account recovery. Do your best to remember the information to the questions asked and we'll do our best to assist you. ^TK
Could be a bad connection to the authetication or it could be world corruption. Do you have any worlds doing this or is it just this one? ^TK

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^TK
Whasty troubleshootings steps have you tried at this time and are you playing on WiFI or Hardwire? ^TK

Seems to be some confusion here! First, sorry about the accidental purchase. Second, you have to go the platform billing team because we don't have access to Playstation, IoS, Android, and so on's billing system. ^TK
