Have you tried any troubleshooting steps and can you tell me if you play on WiFi or Hardwire Connection? ^TK

It's possible that you're logging into an account that doesn't have a game license! Please make sure you're logging into the right account with your Microsoft credentials. Also, check this FAQ to see if it helps: bit.ly/3cluzz3 ^BT

You should be able to! If it's Java, you'll just have to go here (bit.ly/3AcAuQF), follow the instructions, and log in! If it's Bedrock, you'll have to sign in, click on the three dots in the Windows store next to your profile pic, go to My Library, and download! ^BT

You can't transfer a game license from one platform to another, sorry to say! If you'd like to play on your iOS, you'll need to repurchase it. ^BT

This tends to happen when your graphics card isn't compatible or if you're using an older version of the game. If you recently have updated your GPU drivers and this started happening, try rolling back to an earlier version! ^BT

Sorry to hear about this! If you could, can you try clearing your storage space on your Switch to see if that helps? Sometimes having too much gunk can cause crashing. ^BT
