This usually indicates a connection problem. Make sure you connect via hardwire if on WiFi to ensure a stable connection and try restarting your system. Double check your firewall/antivirus as well and let us know if you're still having trouble! ^AM

If it's not loading in or not giving you the option login may be worth uninstalling/reinstalling to see if it gives you the option. Wondering if its already has you logged in but isn't showing it. ^TK
This usually indicates your graphics card is not compatible if you are using an older version of Minecraft. If you have recently updated your GPU drivers and this issue started happening, you may want to try rolling back to an earlier version. ^AM

Unfortunately, if you did not have Bedrock and Java on the same account before 6/6/22, you will not be eligible, and we're unable to change eligibility requirements for the Vanilla cape. ^AM

This usually indicates a connection issue, please try connecting to hardwire if on Wi-Fi, and power-cycling your console and router. Also let us know if there is any other troubleshooting you've already tried if you still need assistance so we can rule them out! ^AM
It should be a 7 digit number, should look something like 4567356. If you grab me that I can take a look into what's going on. ^TK

Unfortunately, singleplayer worlds are stored locally on your device, they're not attached to your account. If they were deleted or corrupted we cannot assist in recovering them. For more info about worlds and how they're stored, see our guide at bit.ly/3c9PK76 ^IV
