Have you tried creating a new world without any mods? If any of your mods turned cheats on, it would permanently disable achievements in that specific world. ^IV
When you open Minecraft, please let the game to load for up to 2 minutes. You should be automatically logged in to your Microsoft account. If you still aren't logged in after 5 minutes, try restarting Minecraft. ^IV
If you're using a Meta Quest, you'll need to run Minecraft for Windows through a Quest Link cable. Unfortunately, Minecraft is not available directly on the Meta store anymore. If you're having trouble launching it this way, please see our guide here: bit.ly/3j5FAb2 ^IV

I'm going to have you try some basic troubleshooting steps even though you're on Ethernet. Would you mind checking your firewall/antivirus this time and uninstalling/reinstalling to rule out corrupt files? ^TK
Sounds like you just migrated your account and you're using the wrong Microsoft Acccount to login! If you happen to remember the credentials to the account you migrated to I would suggest trying those. ^TK
