We cannot transfer a game license from one account to another, I'm sorry to say. If you'd like to play on PC, you'll need to purchase on that platform. ^BT

From the main menu, you should be able to select it from a list of your owned world templates by clicking Play > Create New. You should also find it under your "Owned Content" in the Marketplace and create a world with that! ^BT
