Please make sure that you're updated to the latest version and have lots of memory available on your console. If you're still crashing, a fresh uninstall and reinstall may be the best course of action. ^AM

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^TK

Okay, so if you migrated the account to a Microsoft Account our team is not able to help you recover it as we do not have the tools. You will have to continue working with Microsoft. ^TK

Do you happen to have the ticket number? If the account is tied to a Microsoft account you would need to reach out to them as we don't have the tools to assist you with an account recovery. ^TK

If the name is already on an account we are not able to remove it from the account so that you can put it on another account. You would need to recover the account as a whole if you wanted the name on it. ^TK
