I'm gonna assume PC? Do you have any background programs running at the same time, some have overlays that can cause crashing. Making sure your drivers are up to date is another great thing to check. ^TK

If your purchase isn't showing up on your account you will need to reach out to xbox/microsoft support. nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^TK

Once a Microsoft account has been linked to a PSN account, neither of the accounts can be associated with a different account. Unlinking accounts will cause your purchases to be returned to the original Microsoft account and will no longer be available on the PSN account. ^TK
