First, sign all the way out of your MIcrosoft Account and sign back in to see if they are still not showing up for you. Let me know if they don't and i'll escalate you up to the Marketplace Team. ^TK
The best way to do this is to purchase a Realm on your Xbox, upload that World to the Realm and then login with that same Microsoft account on PC to access the Realm. ^TK
