This likely means a different MS account than the one you migrated to is being logged into. Check out this FAQ: bit.ly/3cluzz3. You will need to reach out to Microsoft Support for assistance with locating an account: nitter.vloup.ch/xboxsupport or support.xbox.com ^AM

Issues on Switch can be resolved by making sure you have lots of space available for save data. You may also want to try checking for corrupt files. From HOME menu, select System Settings > Data Management > Manage Software > select Minecraft > Check for corrupt data. ^AM

Can you tell us in a bit more detail what's happening when the game crashes? If you're doing anything specific when it happens or at random, what, if any troubleshooting you've already tried, etc. Crashes can be tricky, but we'll be happy to help if we have a bit more info! ^AM

Can you be a bit more specific about the Realms issue you're having? Sadly, I don't have a magic fix (I wish, though!) but I'm certain we can help with resolving your problem if you let us know what's going on! ^AM

Poor FPS performance typically indicates a connection issue but can be caused by a range of issues. Ensure you have a stable connection by switching to hardwire, and if you have any third-party texture packs or mods enabled, try disabling to see if that increases performance. ^AM

This is expected behavior. Single player worlds can be set to as high as your hardware will allow, but the render distance for Realms is capped at 10 chunks. You can see more details/optimization options here: bit.ly/3W9aUUw ^AM

This issue likely lies with your graphics card. It may need updated to the latest version or rolled back to a previous version if you are using an older version of Minecraft and this started after a GPU driver update. Check this FAQ for more details: bit.ly/3GdIT9I ^AM
